Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $150 (exclusions may apply).
Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
Where Is My Order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to become available.

Return Policy & Information
Damaged and Defective Goods
For damaged or defective product issues, customers must contact Inus Home USA and receive a RMA number. Inus Home USA will only issue call tags and pre-paid shipping if the product is damaged or defective at time of delivery.
For warranty service, customers must contact Inus Home USA for repair and/or replacement of any defective merchandise. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any warranty questions or concerns.

Non-Damaged and Non-Defective Returns
Due to sanitary and hygienic concerns, Inus Home USA only accepts customer returns on bidet products that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable.
Customer returns made to Inus Home USA will result in a 15% restocking fee. Products that are deemed used or in unsellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned products.
Customers have 30 calendar days after purchase date to initiate a return.
