Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $150 (exclusions may apply).
Orders can only be shipped within the United States.
Where Is My Order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged and Defective Goods

Customers should contact Inus Home USA Customer Support directly with damaged or defective warranty or service issues. Call tags (pre-paid shipping) will only be issued by Inus Home USA when the product is damaged or defective at time of delivery.
For warranty service, customers should contact Inus Home USA directly for repair and/or replacement of any defective merchandise. Please email email@example.com for warranty questions.

Non-Damaged and Non-Defective Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of these products, Inus Home USA can only accept customer returns on bidet products that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable.
Customer returns to Inus Home USA will incur a 15% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping, handling, warehouse, and re-boxing costs. Products that are used or in unsellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise. Any returns must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of the purchase date.
