I’m satisfied with the product. It wasn’t was to install because the screws didn’t exactly match the whole size of the toilet, so we had to replace them with the ones from the old seat. It’s not ideal as the old screws are not flat as the original. So I hope the seat stability is not compromised. Overall, it works and does the job! The control panel should have had bigger writing. I’m sure soon I get used to them and then will not need to look sideway every time))) It has good pressure, not too weak and not too strong. It closes very softly and the light is a fancy feature.

Wish there was a dryer

Unit had all parts necessary. install was simple. my Toto toilet, on the other hand was not easy to work with - nothing to do with INUS, though. works fine, yes, there's the pre-dribble of water that comes out when you sit and when you press to use it. a tiny bit cold before the heated water comes out, but it's fine.

As a chrohn patient who suffers from numerous flares and is constantly in the bathroom this product is a lifesaver, or bum saver for lack of a better term . Took less than 15 minutes to put it all together by a technically challenged woman haha. Looks great and works well. Installation part surprisingly was super easy! Well worth the price. And recommend highly!
